Job description
The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, and create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
Duties and responsibilities
· Supervise, train and assist Sales Consultants in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
· Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
· Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
· Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
· Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
· Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
· Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
· Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
· Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
· Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
· Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
Requirements and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
· 5+ years’ experience retails sales with proven track record
· 3+ years’ successful experience in retail store management
· Reliability and dependability are key traits
· Strong work ethic and a desire to improve and succeed
· Good knowledge of sales and marketing
· Excellent leadership skills
· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
