As a Front Office Assistant, you would be responsible for the smooth running of each shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion. Serving guests in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Your duties will include maximising the service provided by the front office department and to minimise the number of guest complaints and increase guest satisfaction results. You must be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests, whilst ensuring standards are maintained and targets are achieved. You will anticipate guest needs and deal with all enquiries in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.

The Westbury is an iconic hotel in Dublin, just off the renowned shopping and cultural area of Grafton Street. Situated between Trinity College and St Stephen's Green, the hotel has 205 bespoke guest rooms. The Westbury offers a range of dining options; brasserie style in Balfes, fine dining in Wilde, afternoon tea in The Gallery and cocktails in the Sidecar Bar.
