We are looking for a Social Media and Influencer Marketing trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media platforms, creating content, and executing influencer marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for increasing our online presence, creating inhouse content and brand awareness through various social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and voice.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to develop strategies for improving engagement and reach.
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying influencers, negotiating contracts, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry changes to ensure the brand's social media presence remains fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and content creation skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including algorithms, best practices, and paid advertising.
- Experience with content creation, including video production, photography, and writing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
