Responsibilities

    Identify the brand positioning, develop and implement the merchandise assortment planning and buying functions by understanding future trends and analyzing current business
    Ensure the brand proposition executed across products, concepts, promotion and pricing strategies
    Maximize business opportunities and meet the KPI such as Net Sales, Retail Price, Margin, Sell-thru and Product Productivity

    Establish and lead an effective logistics team to take up the shipment and on-time delivery

Requirement

    Degree in Merchandising, Retail Management or other related disciplines
    10 years of solid experience in fashion retail industry, experience in China market is a plus
    Excellent product knowledge and market awareness
    Aggressive, result-oriented and energetic with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
    Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
    Willing to travel
