Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master , organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early Oct 2023 , and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Description
An apprenticeship offer entitled " Business management and KPI monitoring " has just opened within Airbus Operations on Getafe site .
You will join the Cost engineering Department, it is a transnational team with around 200 people, in charge of the Cost assessment for new developments and current aircrafts.
This apprenticeship will consist in: Support Cost engineering business management, specially focus on workload and capacity management, developing and monitoring relevant KPIs (key performance indicators) to support the Business decisions and create the necessary reports/dashboards/means to visualize the results.

Tasks and responsibilities:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
Definition and monitoring of certain KPIs, visualization of the results
Forecast of the workload and capacity of the different Cost engineering teams
Creation of the 2024 activity planning for Cost engineering department
Support the definition of the governance and overall efficiency
Support well being and change management initiatives
Skills & Prerequisites:
Engineering, business or similar
Ability to analyze and synthesize data
Good communication skills and team spirit
Knowledge of Data studio or similar and the Google environment will be a plus.
Advanced level of English (C1 level).
Good communication skills, learning orientation and proactive attitude!
